Terms & Conditions of Reservation

1. Reservation: The signing of this reservation form confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions below and shall be binding to all persons intending to occupy the premises. Upon receipt of this signed reservation form & paid balance, Sun County Villas will then email the confirmation package to you within 7 days of your arrival. This will include the unit address, directions, gate code (if applicable) & the keyless condo entry code.
