The community offers a heated free-form pool, hot tub, tennis courts, clubhouse, and large fitness room. Pool hours vary by season and are generally 8:00 AM to dusk. FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY When you’re ready for a break from the theme parks, there’s plenty to enjoy inside the condo. • Five TVs are equipped with Roku, allowing you to watch live programming through the Roku Channel Guide or log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming accounts. • The family room also features a 3-in-1 game table. Use it as a dining table, flip the top for card games, or remove the top and enjoy a game of bumper pool. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN & LAUNDRY Save time and money by preparing meals and snacks right in the condo. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, a microwave, 12-cup drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. A washer and dryer are also provided inside the unit, along with linens and bath towels. Please note: Pool towels are not provided. STARTER SUPPLIES To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essentials: • 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom • 2 small bar soaps per bathroom • 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom • 1 roll of paper towels • Laundry detergent for 1 load • 2 dishwasher pods • 1 small bottle of dish detergent • 2 trash bags per container Once the starter supplies are used, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: AIR CONDITIONING: The thermostat cannot be set below 72°F. Setting the AC below 72°F may cause the system to freeze and stop working.
