There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with a full private bath & 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. There are also 2 folding beds in the unit (these are best suited for children and young adults). This unit features 3 TV’s all with Roku. Watch live TV thru the Roku channel guide or log-in to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts. The fully equipped kitchen includes full size appliances, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer plus linens and towels in your unit (pool towels are NOT included) . This is a single level villa, so no one running over your head. You also have the convenience of parking at your front door. This complex has a large heated pool, spa, tennis courts, BBQ area with gazebo and a fitness room. Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm. There are many restaurants, shopping and golf within 1 to 2 miles.. Located only 2.5 miles away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, shopping & entertainment... The villa has a small screened enclosed patio to enjoy a beverage of your choice and relax after a long day at the parks. Other things to note: There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. No Street Parking is Allowed. Additional free parking is available at the pool area. PLEASE DO NOT PARK CARS IN THE GARAGE. We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls & 2 soaps per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, ample dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed . Extra supplies must be purchased at the store. The lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.
